The news that legendary boxer Mike Tyson is willing to pay $10 million to anyone who marries his daughter has caused a stir on social media in recent hours. “Daughter Mitchell is of marriageable age and Tyson has always wanted her to get married soon. To make this happen, he is offering a $10 million reward to anyone who marries his daughter,” said adepanews, the news site believed to be the source of the rumour.
The story reached the ears of comedian Michael Blackson, a friend of Mike Tyson, who decided to send a text message directly to the “Iron Fist” to apply. However, the 53-year-old former boxer completely denied the information.

The Daily Caller also reached out to Mike Tyson’s representative, Joann Miganno, who confirmed that the “son-in-law recruitment” story was false and said that Mike does not have a daughter named Mitchell. In fact, the photo shared was of the former heavyweight champion’s daughter, Mikey.
The adepanews website itself has deleted its post and replaced it with other content. Facebook has also flagged the above information as false.
Mike Tyson is the youngest heavyweight boxing champion in history. Throughout his career, he won 50 fights and lost only 6 times. In his personal life, he has been married 3 times and has 8 children. According to WealthyGorilla, Mike Tyson’s current net worth is only about $3 million.
